Should you need to return your game chair, The Gaming Collection a Trading Division of Ultimate Game Chair Ltd policy is to provide our customers with superior customer service. All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return the product's to us within 30 days. We will refund the full product price minus shipping costs. Furthermore, most of our products carry a 90 day warranty (from original date of purchase) against defects in material and workmanship. In order to return a product, please contact the office on 01257 477060 to request a Return Authorization Number.

 

Returns must be 100% complete, unused, and in their original condition, with all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, registration card's), cabling and accessories. Any incomplete items will not be refunded. Items may not be returned if they were disassembled or installed.

 

Ultimate Game Chair, Inc. will accept returns within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Upon approval, credit will be issued to the credit card that was used to place the order. All other returns must be exchanged under the conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty which is usually 90 days for defective merchandise.

 

Ultimate Game Chair, Inc. will assume responsibility for shipping charges if your return is the result of an erroneous shipment by us. You will be responsible for shipping fees incurred on returns for any other reason.

 

NO returns of any type will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
