Our deliverys wheather they are the Renegade Gaming chair or down to a simple card are all dispatched with POD (proof of delivery) as standard

 

This makes sure that when you receiver a tracking number you know it is on it's way.  We use some of the largest delivery companys in the courier business.

 

Our couriers come to our state of the art warehouse (see the picture)were we store the larger items succh as the Renegade Gaming chair and the Playseat.  You can also collect from our warehouse with prior arrangement.  Our warehouse is based in New Mills

Returns Policy

please read our returns policy if any goods are returned for none faulty goods we charge 30% restocking fee  Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm , all goods must be returned in there original packaging with full contents enclosed any items missing or damaged will be charged for, a returnsnumber must be obtained and the customer must pay for the return
